1981年海南岛登革热流行时,于患者住房内及住房周围捕捉埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊,接种C6/36白纹伊蚊细胞纯系(简称C6/36细胞)自7批(50只)埃及伊蚊标本中分离得4株病毒;4批(18只)白纹伊蚊标本中分离得3株病毒,经补体结合试验和中和试验鉴定为Ⅲ型登革病毒,此为首次白纹伊蚊中分离得Ⅲ型登革病毒,对两种伊蚊实验感染结果,表明两者对登革病毒的敏感性无明显差异,并对白纹伊蚊在传播登革病毒的作用进行了讨论。
Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus were captured in and around houses of patients in Hainan Island in 1981 when serovar of Aedes albopictus (C6 / 36) was inoculated from 7 batches (50) Four strains of Aedes aegypti were isolated from Aedes aegypti. Four isolates of Aedes albopictus were isolated from four batches of Aedes albopictus, which were identified as dengue virus type Ⅲ by complement fixation assay and neutralization assay Aedes mosquitoes isolated from dengue virus type Ⅲ, the results of two kinds of experimental infection of Aedes mosquitoes, indicating no significant difference between the two dengue virus sensitivity, and Aedes albopictus in the transmission of Dengue virus role were discussed.
