TC4合金表面高温氧化行为分析

利用多道次搅拌摩擦焊搭接技术在TC4钛合金表面形成450μm厚的铝涂层,并分别对基体和涂层试样进行大气环境下650℃的高温氧化实验,对其组织形貌进行分析。结果显示,利用搅拌摩擦焊得到的涂层与基体的中间层是厚度超过55μm的富Ti条带状组织,表层铝被氧化后能阻止氧原子向基体内部扩散,并促进中间层的形成。 The multi-pass friction stir welding technique was used to form a 450μm-thick aluminum coating on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy. The substrate and coating samples were respectively subjected to high-temperature oxidation test at 650 ℃ in atmospheric environment, and their microstructure was analyzed . The results show that the intermediate layer of the coating and the matrix obtained by friction stir welding is a Ti-rich strip with a thickness of more than 55μm. The oxidation of the surface aluminum can prevent oxygen atoms from diffusing into the matrix and promote the formation of the intermediate layer.
