本文用分光度法测定一神新型肥料中的微量磷含量.由于试样为混浊液,无法测定,故探讨试样的分解途径.经实验,加HNO3与HClO4消解效果好,进一步研究HClO4:HNO3=1:10为最佳配比.试液采用钼酸铵使磷生成磷钼黄杂多酸,此时灵敏度低,加入NaF—SnCl2后,钼磷杂多酸被还原成磷钼兰杂多欧,灵敏度达1.004×105,在660um处测吸光度.本文还对测定的酸度条件;试剂用量,共存元素允许量等进行了较为系统的研究,测定出新型叶面喷洒剂中含磷量为0.013%,获得了满意结果.
In this paper, the spectrophotometric determination of a new type of manure in the trace phosphorus content. As the sample is turbid liquid, can not be determined, so to explore the decomposition of the sample. The experiment, plus HNO3 and HClO4 digestion effect, further study HClO4: HNO3 = 1:10 for the best ratio. The test solution uses ammonium molybdate to generate phosphorus and molybdenum yellow heteropoly acid, and the sensitivity is low. After adding NaF-SnCl2, the molybdenum-phosphorus heteropoly acid is reduced to phosphomolybdenum heteropoly-Europe, the sensitivity is 1.004 × 105, Absorbance was measured at 660um. In this paper, the determination of the acidity conditions; the amount of reagents, the amount of co-existence of elements and so on were systematically studied, and the determination of the new type of leaf sprayer phosphorus content of 0.013%, and obtained satisfactory results.
