用等离子喷涂法制备出结合良好、均匀致密、工艺重复性及稳定性较好的高TcY-Ba-Cu-O超导涂层。其零电阻温度为84K。采用X射线衍射、电子探针、差热分析等手段对涂层的相结构、显微组织等进行了初步的研究。探讨了等离子喷涂工艺参数和后热处理条件对涂层超导性能的影响。
High TcY-Ba-Cu-O superconducting coatings with good bonding, uniform and dense, high process repeatability and good stability were prepared by plasma spraying. The zero-resistance temperature is 84K. The phase structure and microstructure of the coating were studied by means of X-ray diffraction, electron probe and differential thermal analysis. The influence of plasma spray process parameters and post-heat treatment conditions on the superconductivity of the coating was discussed.
