采用原位合成法制备硼化合物增强Mg-Li基复合材料,分析了该法制备的复合材料铸锭中气孔和缩孔形成的原因。通过改变工艺参数和添加稀土元素Y,研究了其对复合材料的铸锭质量的影响。实验结果表明:通过减少反应后期的搅拌时间,可减少气孔数量和镁的挥发;增加铸锭高度,可提高铸锭利用率;添加稀土元素Y,可减少缩孔和气孔,其铸锭晶粒尺寸也明显减小,铸锭质量得到显著提高。
The boron compound reinforced Mg-Li matrix composites were prepared by the in-situ synthesis method, and the formation of pores and shrinkage cavities in the composite ingot prepared by this method was analyzed. By changing the process parameters and adding rare earth element Y, the effect on the ingot quality of the composite material was studied. The experimental results show that the stomatal number and the volatilization of magnesium can be reduced by reducing the stirring time in the late stage of reaction. The ingot height can increase the utilization rate of ingot. Adding rare earth element Y can reduce the shrinkage porosity and porosity, The size is also significantly reduced, ingot quality has been significantly improved.
