目的 探讨男性不育患者生殖激素水平的改变及其临床意义。方法 采用体外放射免疫分析法测定患者血清睾丸酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、黄体生成素 (LH)、促卵泡激素 (FSH)、泌乳素 (PRL)水平。与正常生育对象作对照 ,并进行比较分析。结果 不育组和生育组的T、FSH和E2 相差非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,LH和PRL的测定值相差显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。除血清T为不育组非常显著低于生育组外 ,其它激素测定值均为不育组显著高于生育组。无精症不育组FSH、LH较正常人明显增高 ,且FSH升高幅度 >LH ,少精症FSH明显下降 ,PRL在少精症中明显升高。T/LH值少精、无精者与正常人比较均有差异。结论 男性不育、少精、无精在内分泌方面与生殖激素有非常密切关系。
Objective To investigate the changes of reproductive hormones in male infertility and its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and prolactin (PRL) were determined by radioimmunoassay in vitro. Compared with the normal birth object, and comparative analysis. Results There was a significant difference in T, FSH and E2 between the infertile and fertile groups (P <0.01), and the difference between LH and PRL was significant (P <0.05). In addition to serum T is very significantly lower than the sterile group fertility group, the other hormone values were significantly higher than the sterile group fertility group. Azoospermia infertility group FSH, LH was significantly higher than normal, and increased FSH> LH, azoospermia significantly decreased FSH, PRL significantly increased in oligozoospermia. T / LH value less refined, those who have no essence and normal are different. Conclusion Male infertility, oligospermia and infertility are very closely related to reproductive hormones in endocrinology.
