本文简述了电子探针定量分析的Love-Scott(1)模型,给出了原子序数、吸收、特征荧光三种基体效应校正系数的计算公式及所用基本参数的最小二乘法拟合结果;用BASIC语言编制了适用于微机处理的计算机程序,用文献数据验证了程序的可靠性,讨论了几种模型的分析统计误差,指出了Love-Scott(1)模型的优点及其对轻元素分析的局限性。
In this paper, the Love-Scott (1) model of electronic probe quantitative analysis is briefly introduced. The formulas for calculating the correction coefficients of the three matrix effects of atomic number, absorption and characteristic fluorescence are given, and the least square fitting result of the basic parameters used is given. BASIC language is used to compile a computer program which is suitable for computer processing. The reliability of the program is verified by literature data. The statistical errors of several models are discussed. The advantages of Love-Scott (1) limitation.
