目的:探讨细菌防护液(BPL)与受照小鼠脾脏细胞生物学效应的关系。方法:应用流式细胞仪((FCM)检测细胞的凋亡指数和免疫参数(CD+4、CD+8、NK)。结果:BPL能够降低细胞凋亡率(P<0.01),同时能够提高细胞的增殖率(P<0.05)。其作用机制可能与提高NK细胞活性和CD+4、CD+8数量有关。结论:本研究进一步证实,BPL对辐射损伤细胞有一定的保护作用,为临床应用提供科学数据。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bacterial protective solution (BPL) and the biological effects of spleen cells in irradiated mice.
