本项研究经过多年努力完成,作者分别运用荧光组化、荧光显微分光光度计定量的先进方法对动物及实际检案的生前和死后皮肤中组胺含量和分布进行了研究,并对损伤局部白蛋白、总蛋白含量进行了生化测定,提出据损伤边缘HA分布及含量变化以及血浆蛋白渗出变化来鉴别生前与死后伤并推断损伤时间的论点,建立了几种简便的检测方法,为法医办案中确定受伤时间提供了较准确的检测手段。该课题设计严密,论证科学性强,
