我们提出以水溶性α、β、γ、δ-四-(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉[T(4-TAP)P]作为吸光光度法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的试剂,已表现出灵敏度高及选择性好的优点。本文系统地研究了某些试剂对T(4-TAP)P与铜(Ⅱ)络合反应的催化作用及一些可与水混溶的有机溶剂的增敏作用。提出用催化剂加快铜(Ⅱ)与T(4-TAP)P的反应,在乙醇介质及强酸性条件下进行测定,使选择性及灵敏度均显著提高。大量镁(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、铝(Ⅲ)、锰(Ⅱ)、镓(Ⅲ)等离子不干扰测
We have proposed the use of water-soluble α, β, γ, δ-tetrakis- (4-trimethylammonium) porphyrin [T (4-TAP) P] as a reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper The advantages of high sensitivity and good selectivity. In this paper, we systematically studied the catalytic effect of some reagents on the complexation of T (4-TAP) P with copper (Ⅱ) and the sensitization of some water-miscible organic solvents. The reaction of copper (Ⅱ) with T (4-TAP) P was proposed to accelerate the reaction with ethanol, and the selectivity and the sensitivity of the reaction were significantly improved in the presence of ethanol and strong acid conditions. Large amounts of magnesium (Ⅱ), cadmium (Ⅱ), aluminum (Ⅲ), manganese (Ⅱ) and gallium (Ⅲ)
