金融推介是金融服务机构进行产品、服务销售的重要环节。合法、有效的金融推介不仅能为投资者带来显著的收益、保护消费者的合法利益,同时也能为金融机构带来丰厚的利润和良好的声誉,推进金融行业可持续发展。虚假的、误导性的金融推介会给消费者带来无法挽回的损失,重创金融系统。健全金融推介的法律规范体系,应当从外部监管和内部治理双重角度构建和完善。
Financial promotion is an important part of the financial services organizations to carry out sales of products and services. Legitimate and effective financial promotion can not only bring significant benefits to investors, protect the legitimate interests of consumers, but also bring huge profits and good reputation to financial institutions and promote the sustainable development of the financial industry. False and misleading financial referrals can cause irreparable damage to consumers and devastate the financial system. Improving the legal norms system of financial promotion should be constructed and perfected from the perspectives of external regulation and internal governance.
