目的对我国孕产妇保健工作质量进行综合评价,为相关部门的管理决策工作提供科学依据。方法利用TOPSIS法从孕产妇保健服务和孕产妇保健生命质量两个方面对2009-2013年我国孕产妇保健工作质量进行综合评价。结果2009-2013年我国孕产妇保健工作质量呈逐年上升趋势,与实际相符合。结论 TOPSIS法具有准确客观、简单易行的特点,可用于孕产妇保健工作质量的综合评价。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the quality of maternal health care in our country and provide a scientific basis for the management decision-making of relevant departments. Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the quality of maternal health care in China from 2009 to 2013 from two aspects of maternal health care and maternal health quality of life. Results The quality of maternal health care in China from 2009 to 2013 showed an upward trend year by year, in line with the actual situation. Conclusion The TOPSIS method is accurate, objective and simple, and can be used to evaluate the quality of maternal health care.
