目的:分析西瓜霜喷雾及蛇毒凝血酶联合LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变术后出血及临床疗效。方法:选择2011年1月-2014年12月在我院进行治疗的宫颈病变患者159例,随机分成治疗组(89例)及对照组(70例);对照组单纯通过LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,加入西瓜霜喷雾及蛇毒血凝酶联合治疗宫颈病变,对比两组患者术后出血量及愈合情况。结果:基于术后出血量及切口愈合情况,治疗组均优于对照组,数据差异比较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈LEEP刀联合西瓜霜喷雾及蛇毒血凝酶共同治疗宫颈病变,不仅能够有效降低临床出血量,还能缩短术后恢复时间,显著改善临床表现,具有治愈率高、安全性好、操作简便等优点,值得在临床进一步推广及应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of watermelon cream spray and snake venom thrombin combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of postoperative bleeding of cervical lesions and its clinical effect. Methods: A total of 159 cases of cervical lesions treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 89) and control group (n = 70). Conclusions: Cervical LEEP knife combined with watermelon frost spray and snake venom hemagglutinin treatment of cervical lesions, not only can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, but also shorten the recovery time and significantly improve the clinical manifestations, with a high cure rate, good safety, operation Simple and so on, it is worth further promotion and application in the clinic.
