1.组成和工作原理电液换挡包括换向、变速两部分,由换向手柄、信号传感器、挡位电源、信号处理器、电磁阀、液压阀等组成。工作原理如图1所示,驾驶员操纵换向手柄,在换向电磁阀上加电压信号,通过控制阀改变变速器油道,实现方向挡的变换:在保证速度电磁阀电路正常的状态下,由车速传感器的信号通过信号处理器控制速度挡位电磁阀的通断,从而打开液压控制阀油道,实现速度挡的自动变换。由图1可以看出,
