详细分析了某155mm自行火炮发射时车体的受力情况,建立了车体刚强度有限元分析模型。模型中,用8节点板单元模拟车体焊接结构,用弹簧单元表示悬挂,用梁单元模拟车体中的加强筋和支撵梁。计算了在不同射角射击载荷作用下车体的弹性变形和应力应变,对车体的刚度和强度特性进行了评价,提出了增强车体刚度的技术措施。
A detailed analysis of a 155mm self-propelled gun body force when the launch, the establishment of a rigid body stiffness finite element analysis model. In the model, the welding structure of the vehicle body is simulated by 8-node plate unit, the suspension is represented by the spring unit, and the stiffener and branch beam in the vehicle body are simulated by the beam unit. The elastic deformation and stress-strain of the vehicle body under different shooting angles are calculated, and the stiffness and strength characteristics of the vehicle body are evaluated. The technical measures to enhance the rigidity of the vehicle body are proposed.
