本文以实际的连续搅拌反应釜系统(CSTR)为背景,利用机理分析的方法建立了动态数学模型,进而采用扩展Kalman滤波器对系统的不可在线测量状态变量物料浓度进行了在线估计,在此基础上,针对CSTR系统的特点,提出了一种以非线性系统为参考模型的自适应控翻算法,并参照实验数据进行了仿真研究,结果表明:算法是成功的,可用于CSTR系统的实时在线估计和控制。
In this paper, based on the actual continuous stirred tank reactor system (CSTR), a dynamic mathematical model is established by means of mechanism analysis. Then an extended Kalman filter is used to estimate the online concentration of material that can not be measured online. Based on this, On the basis of the characteristics of CSTR system, an adaptive rollover algorithm based on nonlinear system is proposed and simulated with reference to the experimental data. The results show that the algorithm is successful and can be used in real-time online CSTR system Estimation and control.
