最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)是公认的评价吸入麻醉药效价强度的主要指标,也是探讨吸入全身麻醉药作用部位和作用机制的手段之一。MAC受多种因素影响,其中药物对MAC的研究最为透彻。七氟烷是一种新型的吸入麻醉药,因其独特的药理特性广泛用于临床。本文就镇静药、镇痛药、麻醉气体、局部麻醉药、α2肾上腺素受体激动药等不同药物对七氟烷的MAC的影响进行综述。
The lowest effective alveolar concentration (MAC) is recognized as a major indicator for assessing the potency of inhaled anesthetics and one of the means to explore the site of action and mechanism of action for inhaled general anesthetics. MAC is affected by many factors, of which the most thorough study of MAC drugs. Sevoflurane is a new type of inhalation anesthetic that is widely used clinically for its unique pharmacological properties. This article reviews the effects of sedatives, analgesics, anesthetic gases, local anesthetics, α2 adrenergic agonists and other drugs on the sevoflurane MAC.
