目的观察头孢哌酮/巴坦对肺部感染患者凝血纤溶系统及血浆AVP、TSGF、hs-CRP、PCT的影响,统计该方案的疗效。方法将本院自2011年8月~2012年12月期间收诊的肺部感染患者随机分成两组,观察组72例(头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗组),对照组72例(单用头孢哌酮治疗组)。比较治疗前后两组患者间凝血纤溶系统相关因子变化;比较治疗前后血浆AVP、TSGF、hs-CRP、PCT含量变化。结果完成1个疗程后,观察组PC、AT-11I活性显著高于对照组,血浆PC、TM、PAI-1、D-D、t-PA含量则均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗1个疗程后观察组血浆AVP、hs-CRP、TSGF、PCT水平显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦能有效改善肺部感染患者的凝血纤溶系统和AVP、hs-CRP、TSGF、PCT指标。
Objective To observe the effects of cefoperazone / batan on coagulation and fibrinolytic system, plasma AVP, TSGF, hs-CRP and PCT in patients with pulmonary infection and to evaluate the efficacy of this regimen. Methods The patients with pulmonary infection in our hospital from August 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (72 cases) and cefoperazone combined with sulbactam group (72 cases) Cefoperazone treatment group). The changes of coagulation-fibrinolytic system-related factors in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The changes of plasma AVP, TSGF, hs-CRP and PCT were compared before and after treatment. Results After one course of treatment, PC and AT-11I activity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The contents of PC, TM, PAI-1, D-D and t-PA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of AVP, hs-CRP, TSGF and PCT in the observation group after treatment for 1 course were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Cefoperazone combined with sulbactam can effectively improve the coagulation and fibrinolytic system and the indexes of AVP, hs-CRP, TSGF and PCT in patients with pulmonary infection.
