目的:评价预定颅面手术的儿童术前给予红细胞生成素的功效和将输血减少到最小量的有关问题。方法:选择同意其患儿在颅面手术之前接受红细胞生成素的家庭。在手术前3周每周三次按300u/kg给予红细胞生成素并每日给予铁剂补铁,以接受并认可这种方案的家庭的儿童为对象。对这些患儿每周进行网织红细胞计数并记录他们的输血需要量,而输血是根据患儿的临床状况施行的。同时设病例对组,比较其最初的红细胞比容水平和输血需求量。给予红细胞生成素的病例组30例和对照组30例。结论证明,给予红细胞生成素的患者在治疗过程中能提升红细胞比容水平,从35.4±0.9%提升到43.3±0.9%。给予红细胞生成素的患者手术时的红细胞比容水平比
PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy of preoperative ciliary surgery in children given erythropoietin and to minimize transfusions. METHODS: Selected families who agreed that their children received erythropoietin prior to craniofacial surgery. Erythropoietin was administered 300u / kg three times a week three weeks before surgery and iron iron supplementation was given daily, targeting children in families who received and approved this regimen. Weekly reticulocyte count was recorded for these children and their transfusion requirements were recorded, and transfusions were performed according to the child’s clinical condition. At the same time set the case to the group, compare their initial hematocrit levels and blood transfusion requirements. 30 cases were given erythropoietin and 30 cases were control group. Conclusions: Patients with erythropoietin were able to increase their hematocrit levels during treatment from 35.4 ± 0.9% to 43.3 ± 0.9%. Patients given erythropoietin had a hematocrit level at surgery
