以4种香菇菌种(‘808’‘939’‘9608’‘168’)为试材,采用层架、立架、覆土3种栽培模式,研究了不同栽培模式对香菇生产质量的影响,以期筛选出适宜华中地区栽培生产的香菇菌种,为香菇大面积推广种植提供依据,以促进香菇产业发展。结果表明:香菇品种‘168’采用覆土式培养,所得香菇产量与品质最佳,香菇总产量较其它品种和栽培方法提高17.2%~39.7%,是目前最适于华中地区栽培的香菇品种与方法。
Four kinds of mushroom strains (’808’’939’’9608’’168’) were used as materials to study the effects of different cultivation modes on the quality of shiitake mushrooms The mushroom strains suitable for cultivation and production in Central China were screened to provide the basis for the promotion of mushroom cultivation on a large area so as to promote the mushroom industry development. The results showed that the mushroom cultivar ’168’ was cultivated by soil cover. The yield and quality of the mushroom was the best. The total yield of mushroom was increased by 17.2% -39.7% compared with other varieties and cultivation methods. It is the most suitable mushroom variety and method for cultivation in Central China .
