随着社会经济的不断发展,建筑行业的规模进一步扩大,高层建筑的兴起给建筑行业增添了新活力。高层建筑使人口更加集中,缩小了建筑用地面积,同时也节约了投资成本。我们把供商品交换和商品流通的建筑称为商业建筑,而高层商业建筑对企业来说更加有利,凭借其先进的技术手段给用户提供了更高质量的服务。本文对高层商业建筑的结构设计展开了探讨,并且讲述了高层商业建筑的四大结构体系。
With the continuous development of society and economy, the scale of the construction industry has further expanded, and the rise of high-rise buildings has added new vitality to the construction industry. High-rise buildings make the population more concentrated, reducing the area of construction land, but also save on investment costs. We refer to buildings for the exchange of goods and distribution of goods as commercial buildings, while high-rise commercial buildings are more advantageous to enterprises and provide users with higher-quality services by virtue of their advanced technology. This article explores the structural design of high-rise commercial buildings and tells about the four major structural systems of high-rise commercial buildings.
