目的:调查了解海军某部航空兵心理承受力。方法:整群抽取海军某部航空兵210例,采用军人心理承受力量表进行测评,并分析其影响因素。结果:农村籍航空兵问题解决因子分值非常显著高于城市籍航空兵(P<0.01);独生子女航空兵心理承受力总分及各因子分值均非常显著高于非独生子女航空兵(P<0.01);未婚航空兵意志力因子分值非常显著高于已婚航空兵(P<0.01);大专及以上问题解决因子分值非常显著高于初中和高中(P<0.01),家庭支持因子分值显著或非常显著低于初中和高中(P<0.05,P<0.01);军官问题解决因子分值非常显著高于义务兵及士官(P<0.01),人际交往因子分值显著或非常显著低于义务兵及士官(P<0.05,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,是否独生子女进入总分及各因子为因变量的回归方程;城乡进入以总分及问题解决、意志力和自信心为因变量的回归方程;婚姻进入意志力为因变量的回归方程。结论:海军航空兵官兵具有一定的心理承受力,是否独生子女对其心理承受力影响较大,应进行针对性干预。
Objective: To investigate and understand the psychological endurance of a navy air force. Methods: A total of 210 naval aviation units were extracted from the naval force. The service was assessed using the Psychological Bearing Capacity Scale and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The scores of solving factors of CAA were significantly higher than that of city-owned aviation personnel (P <0.01). The scores of psychological endurance and scores of single-parent children were significantly higher than that of non-only children aviation (P <0.01) ; The score of Willpower Factor of Unmarried Air Force was significantly higher than that of Married Aviation (P <0.01); the scores of problem solving factor of college and above were significantly higher than that of middle school and high school (P <0.01) (P <0.05, P <0.01). The scores of the officers’ problem-solving factors were significantly higher than that of the compulsory soldiers and non-commissioned officers (P <0.01), and the score of interpersonal communication factor was significantly or very significantly lower than that of the compulsory soldiers and noncommissioned officers P <0.05, P <0.01). The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that whether the only child entered the total score and each factor was the regression equation of the dependent variable; the regression equation of total score and problem solving, willpower and self-confidence as the dependent variable in urban and rural areas; Regression equation of variables. Conclusion: The officers and men of the naval air force have a certain degree of mental endurance. Whether the only child has a greater influence on his psychological endurance should be targeted intervention.
