应用微血管铸型技术和扫描电镜观察豚鼠耳蜗底周微血管解剖结构,得到了耳蜗血管的三维空间结构图象。耳蜗底周微的血管与其他3周不同,其前1/3段和其他周极为相似,其血液供应来自耳蜗主动脉。较低的一段可见从一动脉主干分出许多放射状动脉,而后段则由前庭耳蜗动脉的分支供应。
The microvascular cast technique and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the perivascular microvascular anatomy of guinea pig cochlea and the three-dimensional spatial structure of the cochlear blood vessels was obtained. Microvascular at the bottom of the cochlea differed from the other 3 weeks in that the first 1/3 of the blood vessels were very similar to the other weeks and the blood supply came from the cochlear aorta. The lower section shows a large number of radial arteries separated from the arterial trunk, while the posterior section is supplied by the branch of the vestibular cochlear artery.
