机械换气应用于临床已有多年历史,对呼吸器的主要并发症——肺压迫性损害及心血管抑制也已引起广泛注意,对其性能不断地进行改进,使尽量减轻对肺实质性损害和对胸腔静脉回流的影响.在呼吸机结构不断更新的基础上出现了超越常规的呼吸机类型进行不同于传统呼吸形式的换气方法即高频正压换气,国外于1967年开始试用,国内则于1977年江西医学院附属医院首先试用,并取得一定效果.现将高频正压换气的特点、效果及应用范围以及我们应用的情况分别介绍如下.
