在全球性非再生能源短缺和环境恶化大背景下,我国非再生能源保障程度低、利用效率低、环境保护没有得到根本好转,环境治理、监督成本越来越高,这使得非再生能源企业发展循环经济尤为重要。目前,我国能源循环经济制度建设稳步推进,非再生能源企业循环经济发展取得初步成效,但也存在着一些发展障碍需要解决。要促进非再生能源企业发展循环经济,需要从政府、企业和技术多个方面,并以煤炭企业循环经济作为重点来发展非再生能源企业循环经济。

The non-renewable energy enterprises have achieved initial success in the development of recycling economy, but there are also some obstacles to development that need to be resolved. To promote the development of recycling economy for non-renewable energy enterprises, it is necessary to develop the circular economy of non-renewable energy enterprises from the aspects of government, enterprises and technologies and focusing on circular economy of coal enterprises.
