民政部门是国家十分重要的行政职能部门,同时也是服务广大人民群众的重要机构,在日常工作中形成了大量的专业档案资料。在信息化飞速发展的当今时代,对民政专业档案工作也提出了新的要求,那就是尽可能地针对档案的形成特点,运用当代科技新成果和管理新手段,提高档案工作的效率和水平,以尽快实现档案信息化管理。本文主要针对民政部门专业档案的形成特点及信息化建设过程中存在的问题和针对这些问题如何合理解决提供解决思路。

This article mainly aims at the forming characteristics of the professional archives of the civil affairs departments and the problems existing in the process of information construction and provides solutions for how to solve these problems reasonably.
