作为企业人力资源中至关重要的一部分,薪酬管理公平性与员工工作绩效之间有着非密切的联系。本文通过分析薪酬管理公平性的基本内容,研究了对员工工作绩效产生的影响,有利于提高员工的工作效率。
As a vital part of the human resources of the enterprise, there is a close relationship between the equity of the remuneration management and the work performance of the employees. By analyzing the basic content of salary management fairness, this paper studies the impact on employees’ job performance and helps to improve the staff’s work efficiency.
