在同一个班级里,学生之间的关系因远近亲疏各不同,会形成不同性质的学生团体。对个体而言,有的学生威信高、人缘好,有的则威信低、被嫌弃。对于这种情况,教师尤其是班主任,凭直觉基本都能发现,并且也常常根据这种分析和判断来管理学生和开展班级工作。但是,时常也会出现意想不到的判断失误,造成班级管理或学生心理辅导的低效或失效。能不能用量化的方法,把每个学生在班里的人际关系情况测量出来呢?回答是肯定的。社会关系测量法能为班级管理和学生心理辅导工作提供较为科学、合理的诊断依据。
In the same class, the relationship between students due to distant and near different, will form a different nature of the student body. For individuals, some students prestige, popularity is good, while others are prestige low, was abandoned. In this case, teachers, especially the class teacher, can be found almost intuitively, and often manage students and perform class work based on such analysis and judgment. However, there are often unexpected errors of judgment, resulting in inefficient or ineffective class management or student counseling. Is it possible to quantify the interpersonal relationships that each student has in the class with quantitative methods? The answer is yes. The social relationship measurement method can provide more scientific and reasonable diagnosis basis for class management and student psychological counseling.
