本文在厘清贸易融资内涵的基础上,以荆州为例,对稳健货币政策背景下贸易融资发展现状及特点、存在的问题及相关配套措施的完善实证分析,指出:贸易融资对“顺收顺差差距”贡献度加大,银行表外融资增长较快、中小企业获取贸易融资的难度增大、对贸易融资产品创新的外汇监管存在缺失,需要采取更有针对性的措施加以解决。
On the basis of clarifying the connotation of trade financing, taking Jingzhou as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation and characteristics of trade financing in the context of prudent monetary policy, as well as the existing problems and relevant supporting measures, and points out that trade financing has a positive impact on the “ Gap ”contribution increased, bank off-balance sheet financing increased rapidly, SMEs access to trade financing more difficult, the lack of trade finance product innovation in foreign exchange monitoring, need to take more targeted measures to be resolved.
