目的应用810nm激光透巩膜睫状体光凝(TSCPC)治疗眼球挫伤致继发性青光眼观察其有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2009年12月收治眼球挫伤致继发性青光眼134例(134只眼),对其中伤情复杂的29眼行透巩膜睫状体光凝。结果经1-3次睫状体光凝,对外伤性青光眼降眼压成功率89.65%,无严重并发症。结论 810nm激光经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗眼球钝挫伤性青光眼是安全、简便有效的治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 810-nm laser transscleral ciliary body photocoagulation (TSCPC) in the treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by contusion of the eye. Methods Retrospective analysis of 134 cases (134 eyes) of secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic eyeball contusion in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty-nine eyes with complicated traumatic brain injury were treated by transscleral ciliary body photocoagulation. Results Ciliary body photocoagulation 1-3 times, the traumatic glaucoma IOP reduction success rate 89.65%, no serious complications. Conclusion 810nm laser transcleral ciliary body photocoagulation for the treatment of ocular blunt traumatic glaucoma is safe, simple and effective treatment.
