研究厦门海区潮间带海洋动植物共附生抗菌微生物的分布.结果表明,海洋动植物体表或肠道存在细菌10~4~10~5个/g、真菌10~3~10~5个/g和放线菌10~3~10~4个/g.其菌量随宿主而变化;在289株分离菌株中,53株菌株有抑菌活性,28株为细菌,17株为放线菌,8株为真菌,30%的拮抗菌可抑制3种以上敏感菌的生长;鉴定结果表明,拮抗细菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,放线菌为链霉菌和小单孢菌,真菌分属于6个不同属。本研究结果提示在与海洋动植物共附生的微生物中存在着丰富的抗菌资源。
The distribution of antibacterial microorganisms in the marine flora and fauna in intertidal zone of Xiamen was studied.The results showed that there were 10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ 5 / g bacteria in the surface or intestinal tract of marine animals and plants, 10 ~ 3 ~ 10 ~ 5 fungi / g and actinomycetes 10 ~ 3 ~ 10 ~ 4 / g.The amount of bacteria varies with the host; of the 289 isolates, 53 strains of antibacterial activity, 28 strains of bacteria, 17 lines 8 strains were fungi and 30% antagonistic bacteria could inhibit the growth of more than 3 kinds of sensitive bacteria. The results showed that the antagonistic bacteria were mainly Gram-negative bacteria, Actinomyces was Streptomyces and Micromonospora, fungi Belong to 6 different genus. The results of this study suggest that there are abundant antimicrobial resources in the co-epiphytic microorganisms with marine animals and plants.
