Priortizing (priority) is actually the choice of the target market (Market Targeting), that is, on the basis of market segmentation, the part of the market that the company wants to enter, or the part of the consumer who has priority to meet the maximum. The necessity of the target market is determined by the diversity of consumer demand and the limited resources of the company. The diversity of consumer demand has prevented companies from meeting the needs of all consumers; the limited resources of enterprises have prevented companies from operating all products to meet all consumer needs. Any company can only operate according to its own resource advantages and consumer needs.
