利用溶液法以3,5-二氯水杨醛氨基硫脲酰腙为配体(H2L1)合成了它的Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物。结合元素分析、核磁共振谱、红外光谱、X单晶衍射确定了其化学组成分别为[Cu(L1)(DMF)].DMF,[Zn(L1)(Phen)]。同时研究了配体及配合物的抗菌活性,并对其抗菌机理进行了初步探究。研究表明,金属离子的种类是影响配合物抗菌效果的重要因素,其中配合物Cu(Ⅱ)对白色珠菌具有抗菌活性。
Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn (Ⅱ) complexes were synthesized by solution method using 3,5-dichlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone as ligand (H2L1). The chemical composition of [Cu (L1) (DMF)]. DMF, [Zn (L1) (Phen)] was determined by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, IR and XRD respectively. At the same time, the antibacterial activity of the ligands and complexes was studied, and the antibacterial mechanism was also discussed. Studies have shown that the type of metal ions is an important factor affecting the antibacterial effect of the complex, in which Cu (Ⅱ) complex has antibacterial activity against Candida albicans.
