分别将表观黏度为760mPa.s和100mPa.s的壳聚糖(记作CTS1#和CTS2#)负载于人造沸石上制备了沸石负载壳聚糖,然后在微波辐照下分别以乙二醇和2%乙酸溶液为溶剂、50%戊二醛为交联剂进行反应,制备了沸石负载交联壳聚糖。SEM结果表明:壳聚糖部分包覆在沸石上。FTIR结果表明:以乙二醇为溶剂时沸石负载壳聚糖没有发生交联反应,而以2%乙酸溶液为溶剂时发生了交联反应。WXRD进一步证明了以2%乙酸溶液为溶剂时发生了交联反应。动态吸附结果表明:两种壳聚糖负载于沸石上后对Pb2+的吸附率分别从73.08%和17.64%提高到99.8%以上,吸附量分别从3.23mg.g-1和0.78mg.g-1提高到5.30mg.g-1左右。
Chitosan with the apparent viscosity of 760 mPa · s and 100 mPa · s (denoted as CTS1 # and CTS2 #) was loaded on artificial zeolite to prepare zeolite-loaded chitosan, respectively. Then, 2% acetic acid solution as solvent and 50% glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent to prepare zeolite loaded crosslinked chitosan. SEM results show that: chitosan partially coated on the zeolite. The results of FTIR showed that there was no cross-linking reaction between zeolite loaded chitosan and ethylene glycol, while the cross-linking reaction took place when 2% acetic acid was used as solvent. WXRD further demonstrated that a crosslinking reaction took place with 2% acetic acid as a solvent. The results of dynamic adsorption show that the adsorption rate of Pb2 + on two zeolites increases from 73.08% and 17.64% to over 99.8%, respectively. The adsorption capacities of Pb2 + and Pb2 + adsorbed on zeolites are 3.23mg.g-1 and 0.78mg.g-1 Increase to about 5.30mg.g-1.
