KF—AlF_3共晶铝钎剂,与剂201为代表的氯化物钎剂相比较,有一系列优点:钎剂不吸潮,钎剂残渣难溶于水对钎焊接头腐蚀微弱,去膜能力强,钎缝致密性好等等。但是该钎剂在空气中钎接时,容易失效,不能重复施焊,尤其用于火焰钎焊时,更是突出,给操作带来困难。为了克服钎剂的这一缺点,提高钎剂火焰钎焊的适应性,对KF—AlF_3共晶钎剂做了一系列改进的工作,获得了较好的效果,现介绍如下:
