唇形科植物欧洲毒马草(Sideritis mugro-nensis Borja)在西班牙一直作为抗炎药使用,从中曾分离出两个活性成分,即borjatriol和毒马草甙(5,7,8,3′,4′-五羟基黄酮8-O-β-D葡萄糖甙)。毒马草甙具有抗炎活性和抗溃疡作用,此外它对花生四烯酸的代谢也有影响。本文报道毒马草甙在欧洲毒马草中一年生长周期内的含量变化,从而确定最高产量和最佳采收时间。一年中共采集八批植物材料,样品经干燥、粉碎后用正已烷和80%甲醇水溶液提取,甲醇水溶液的提取物用氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取,毒马草甙存在于乙酸乙酯提取液中。采用HPLC分析了八批样品中毒马草甙的含量。以IAchrosorb RP-18为层析柱,MeCN-H_2O-AcOH(35:65:5)为流动相,检测波长为
The labiatae (Sideritis mugro-nensis Borja) has been used as an anti-inflammatory drug in Spain and has isolated two active ingredients, namely borjatriol and poison horse grass carp (5,7,8,3′, 4’-pentahydroxyflavone 8-O-β-D glucoside). Bupropion has anti-inflammatory activity and anti-ulcer effect, in addition it also has an effect on the metabolism of arachidonic acid. In this paper, we report the content change of the poison horse grass carp in the one-year growth cycle of the European poison horse grass, so as to determine the maximum yield and the best harvest time. Eight batches of plant material were collected in a year. Samples were dried, crushed and extracted with n-hexane and 80% aqueous methanol. Extracts of aqueous methanol solution were extracted with chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Bupropion was present in acetate. Ester extract.
