本文介绍了我国烧结能耗的现状,并将固体燃耗,点火燃耗及电耗这三项总能耗与日本新日铁等国外先进水平进行了比较。文章还就固体燃耗、点火燃耗、电耗、蒸汽、压汽、水的消耗,及管理等几个方面分析了我国能耗高的原因,并对照国外的先进措施(厚料层、加白灰、提高点火效率、余热回收等)提出了我们的努力方向。在分析我国烧结节能潜力的基础上,定出了我国到本世纪末的烧结工序能耗指标(重点企业为85公斤标煤/吨、中小企业为75公斤标煤/吨)。
This paper introduces the current situation of sintering energy consumption in our country, and compares the three total energy consumption of solid fuel consumption, ignition burn power consumption and electricity consumption with Japan’s Nippon Steel and other foreign advanced level. The article also analyzes the reason of high energy consumption in our country from several aspects such as solid fuel consumption, ignition and burnup, electricity consumption, steam, pressure steam, water consumption and management, and compares the advanced measures abroad (thick material layer, plus White ash, improve ignition efficiency, waste heat recovery, etc.) put forward our efforts. Based on the analysis of the potential of sintering energy saving in our country, the energy consumption index of sintering process in our country to the end of this century is set (85 kg standard coal / ton for key enterprises and 75 kg standard coal / ton for SMEs).
