在大跨度网壳钢结构中常出现空间多面体节点,其中空心六棱柱节点较一般多面体节点更为复杂,制作难度也偏大。提出在结构设计阶段和深化设计阶段即进行节点的全面优化,在工厂加工阶段对制作工艺进行优化,采用数控下料、坐标控制组拼的制作工艺,并创新辅助工装措施,制作全工序采用表格化程序监控,有助于实现复杂节点的批量化加工制作。在提高工作效率的同时,保证了项目制作质量达标。
The space polyhedron nodes often appear in the steel structures of long-span net shell.
