本研究针对我国外语教师培训现状,在江苏某初级中学开展的一项英语教改实验中进行了教师培训实践。研究采用教师培训工作中“研究者与教师互动”的定位与具体实施方法,以探讨校际合作开展外语教师培训的有效性。培训结果表明,教师们在理论意识、反思意识、创新意识和自主意识等方面都获得了很大的提升。实践证明,校际合作中教师培训的准确定位是优化我国外语教师培训的关键因素。
In this study, aiming at the current situation of the training of foreign language teachers in our country, a teacher training practice was carried out in an English teaching reform experiment conducted by a junior middle school in Jiangsu Province. The research adopts the orientation and implementation method of “interaction between researcher and teacher” in teacher training to explore the effectiveness of inter-school cooperation in training of foreign language teachers. The training results show that teachers have made great improvement in theoretical awareness, reflective consciousness, innovative awareness and self-awareness. Practice has proved that the accurate positioning of teacher training in inter-school cooperation is the key factor to optimize the training of foreign language teachers in our country.
