已历时十余年的基础教育课程改革为什么没有取得令人满意的成效?基础教育课程改革将如何与落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》的有效对接?范县中小学教研室努力打破原有的思维和模式,在多元课程管理理论基础上创新提出和开展了多元课程教研活动研究,从管理、课程双角度切入课改,把学校管理、课堂教学、教师发展和学生管理等多个层面纳入学校教育教研之中,为提升学校各项管理能力、真正实现素质教育、促进校本特色课程的开发和学生发展提供了强有力的理论支持和实践保障,有力促进了区域大批特色学校的创办,推动了区域教育的发展,提升了区域整体办学水平。
Why has the basic education curriculum reform that has lasted for more than 10 years failed to achieve satisfactory results? The establishment of a large number of characteristic schools has promoted the development of regional education and improved the overall level of running schools in the region.
