为检验淤煤装载机提装槽的工作可靠性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对提装槽结构进行刚度和强度分析,得出了提装槽工作时的变形与应力分布规律,分析了最大变形和最大应力出现的位置。分析结果证明了提装槽的强度和刚度符合设计要求,为提装槽的优化设计提供了依据。
In order to test the working reliability of the silo loader’s loading tank, the stiffness and strength of the loading tank structure were analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the deformation and stress distribution rules of the loading tank were obtained, and the maximum deformation And where the maximum stress appears.
