本文介绍了集成电路晶体管参数提取系统(PEAS)的特点和结构。利用与电路模拟程序兼容的参数提取系统,对8286双极数字电路中的 npn、pnp 和 SBD 晶体管进行模型参数提取,并利用电路模拟程序对8286电路进行分析。文章分析了所得结果,得出了很有意义的结论。
This article describes the characteristics and structure of the Integrated Circuit Transistor Parameter Extraction System (PEAS). Using the parameter extraction system compatible with the circuit simulation program, the model parameters of npn, pnp and SBD transistors in the 8286 bipolar digital circuit are extracted, and the 8286 circuit is analyzed by the circuit simulation program. The article analyzes the results and draws very meaningful conclusions.
