1.引言很久以来,成形磨削法一直用于蜗杆和螺纹状工件的磨齿。为了使这种高效工艺能提供所希望的经济性,现代化蜗杆和螺纹磨床必须满足有关砂轮的准确成形,生产时间短、高效金属磨削、调整更换时间和非生产肘间少等方面的要求。此外,在某些应用领域内(例如机床、升降机驱动系统等中的定位传动装置),在齿形、导程和齿距中取得高精度是必要的。
1. Introduction For a long time, the forming grinding method has been used for grinding of worm and threaded workpieces. In order to enable this efficient process to provide the desired economy, modern worm and thread grinding machines must meet the requirements for accurate forming of grinding wheels, short production times, efficient metal grinding, time to adjust and exchange, and few dead parts. In addition, in certain fields of application, such as positioning drives in machine tools, elevator drive systems and the like, it is imperative to achieve high accuracy in profile, lead and pitch.
