沈阳电缆厂加强会计工作基础建设,充分发挥会计的职能作用,取得了较好的经济效果,连续几年被评为沈阳市纳税交利的先进单位和财会工作的先进集体。我们的作法如下: (一) 加强会计工作基础建设十年动乱,使会计工作遭到很大的破坏。我们深刻认识到,不搞好会计工作基础建设,要发挥会计工作在经营管理中的作用就只能是一句空话。在这方面,我们着重抓了以下几件事: (1) 加强会计队伍建设。1978年,我厂恢复了总会计师制度。通过落实政策,使10名有经验的老会计人员归了队。经过统筹安排,在8个生产车间和各个辅助部门配备了专职会计员。在各工段配备了44名专职(或兼职)核算员,并在143个生产班组和58个辅助班组中,
Shenyang Cable Factory stepped up its accounting work infrastructure and gave full play to the functions of accounting.
