目的:研究海南香茅挥发油的化学成分,为海南香茅的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对质量分数。结果:共分离出33个峰,分析鉴定了其中的30种成分,其中相对质量分数较高的有香叶醛(25.36%)、橙花醛(19.76%)、香叶醇(12.39%)、乙酸香叶酯(7.83%)、橙花醇(4.06%)和β-月桂烯(3.48%)。结论:海南香茅挥发油中主要成分为单萜及其衍生物,与其他产地香茅化学成分基本一致,含量略有差异。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Lemongrass in Hainan, and to provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Lemongrass. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The constituents of volatile oil were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative mass fraction of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: A total of 33 peaks were isolated and identified. Among them, 30 components were identified. Among them, geraniol (25.36%), neraldehyde (19.76%), geraniol (12.39% Geranyl acetate (7.83%), nerol (4.06%) and β-myrcene (3.48%). Conclusion: The main constituents of the volatile oil of Lemongrass in Hainan are monoterpene and its derivatives. The chemical constituents of Lemongrass and Lemongrass are the same, the contents are slightly different.
