随着不断深入的国家公共财产改革力度,要求在以科学发展观的指导下建立健全公共财政体系,规范管理制度。财政评审在财政职能中占据极为重要的位置,体现了财政管理的科学化、法制化和规范化。在以依法评审为前提下完善评审管理体系工作,提高评审质量,发挥财政投资评审体制的最大作用。本文针对财政投资评审工作中出现的问题结合当前社会形势提出几点意见及建议。 With the deepening reform of national public property, it is required to establish and improve the public financial system and standardize the management system under the guidance of the scientific concept of development. Under the premise of judging according to law, the work of review and management system should be perfected, the quality of review and appraisal should be improved, and the greatest role of financial investment review system should be given full play. In this paper, according to the problems appearing in the assessment of financial investment, some opinions and suggestions are put forward based on the current social situation.
