为探索灰木莲不同种源种子的形态变异,对12个种源的种子长度、宽度、厚度及千粒重进行测定。结果表明:长、宽、厚、体积指数和千粒重在种源间的差异均达到极显著水平。种源LC4的种子体积指数值最大,种源TQ3的体积指数最小。种源TQ3的种子与其余种源在长、宽、厚、种子体积指数等4个性状间存在显著差异。灰木莲种子厚的广义遗传力最大(h~2=0.453),千粒重的最小(h~2=0.165),而种子体积指数的遗传变异系数最大(33.29%),千粒重的遗传变异系数最小(16.40%)。种子体积指数与宽的相关系数最大,为0.956。经聚类分析表明种源TQ1号和种源TQ3聚为一类,其余种源聚为一类。
In order to explore the morphological variations of seeds of different provenances of G. lucidum, the seed length, width, thickness and 1000-grain weight of 12 provenances were determined. The results showed that the differences of length, width, thickness, volume index and 1000-grain weight among provenances reached extremely significant levels. Seed LC4 had the highest seed volume index and seed source TQ3 had the lowest volume index. There were significant differences among the four traits of provenances such as length, width, thickness, seed volume index and other provenances in seed of TQ3. The genetic heritability was the highest (h ~ 2 = 0.453) and the thousand seed weight was the lowest (h ~ 2 = 0.165), while the seed CV was the highest (33.29%) and the genetic variation coefficient was the lowest 16.40%). The largest correlation coefficient between seed volume index and width was 0.956. The cluster analysis showed that provenance TQ1 and provenance TQ3 clustered into one type, and the remaining provenances clustered into one type.
