本文采用力学性能测试、金相、TEM和SEM观察分析技术,研究了热粗轧温度和热精轧温度对3004H19易拉罐用特薄铝板的内部组织和力学性能的影响,并进行了分析讨论.实验结果表明:第一,当热粗轧温度≥733K,热精轧温度≥63K时,3004H_(19)薄板中具有较好的综合性能;第二,随着热精轧开轧温度的升高,热精轧终了坯料组织纤维状减弱,回复与再结晶组织增强.且当热精轧温度达到623K时,位错胞增大,有回复多边形出现,并发生了明显的再结晶现象.
In this paper, the effects of hot roughing temperature and hot finishing temperature on the internal microstructure and mechanical properties of 3004H19 aluminum cans were studied by mechanical properties test, metallographic, TEM and SEM observation and analysis.Experiments The results show that: firstly, 3004H_ (19) sheet has better overall performance when hot rough rolling temperature is more than or equal to 733K and hot finish rolling temperature is more than or equal to 63K; secondly, with the increase of hot rolling temperature, At the end of hot finish rolling, the microstructure of the billets was weakened and the recovery and recrystallization structure was enhanced. And when the hot finish rolling temperature reached 623K, the dislocation cells increased, and the reclaimed polygons appeared and obvious recrystallization occurred.
