金融危机的侵袭造成了国际上诸多国家经济的衰退,各国企业都在尽力寻求一种途径来解决金融危机给企业带来的消极影响。海外并购的途径逐步成为各国企业解决危机的途径,这股强劲之风也随之来到中国,使中国也卷入这场“国际战争”。但是这场经济战争由于各国的法律环境复杂给实施海外并购带来了巨大的风险,如准备步入,便会掉入海外并购战争的死穴,本文将就此带来的风险进行分析讨论。
The financial crisis has caused the economic recession in many countries in the world. All the enterprises in every country are trying their best to find a way to solve the negative impact that the financial crisis has on the enterprises. The way of overseas mergers and acquisitions has gradually become a solution to the crisis in various countries.
