通过显微电泳、粒度分布、流变性等实验,证明单一氢氧化物及其机械混合物都有增粘作用,且效果与氢氧化物电性基本无关,氢氧化物/粘土体系的颗粒沉降过程呈飞跃式。分析结果表明;氢氧化物颗粒通过水化链外的氢与粘土水化链外端的氧相连接。构成封闭型水分子链空间网络,产生了较高的粘度和切力。混合金属氢氧化物产品不能完全脱水,影响颗粒水化的处理剂难以与其它泥浆较好地配伍。
Through the experiments of microscopic electrophoresis, particle size distribution and rheology, it was proved that the single hydroxide and its mechanical mixture all have thickening effect, and the effect has nothing to do with the nature of the hydroxide.
